Traits: Never nude

Traits are the things that define your sims character. Simless has a short list of traits and can choose two. Kids have a bigger than simless list and have three traits. When reaching teen stage of life you can have the full list of traits and choose your fifth. And at last when your sims becomes a young adult can choose his sixth trait. In order to be able to choose your traits in each age stage you must have some requirements. For babies must the pregnant sim to be in a good mood. For a kid you must had before learn to toddler how to walk, speak and use the potty. For teen and young adult must had the previous stages in each, kid and teen, have good grades in school. If you don't have these requirements the game will choose the trait for you when you have your sims birthday. Some traits conflict which each other and you cannot have them both in your sims. Traits like Coward Vs Brave or Slob Vs Neat.

Never nude is a trait which can be obtain when the full list of traits are available at the teen staage. When your sim has this will never take out all his clothes. When he/she is taking a bath or a shower will wear a swimwear. You cannot swim naked in pools or ender nude a hot-tub. It's actually a rather strange trait to choose and it's propably there as a remain of a removed conflict trait which might be nudist. In the base game except when taking a bath sims woud rarely take out their clothes. So it's possible that there was a trait to be able to remove their clothes at will, like when they swim or sleep or whenever. Much later the Late night expansion came out and you can have the option to swim naked without needing to have a trait. Except of course if you have the never nude trait.
